Attic Opera envisions an operatic landscape where the repertoire expands not only through creation of new works, but also through bold exploration of forgotten works whose scores have been out of reach for opera companies, performers, and the public.
We use both recently created editions created by historical musicologists and our own transcriptions of 19th and early 20th century manuscript sources.
